Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern PA (BBBS SEPA) values the trust its donors place in the organization and adheres to the highest standards in gathering, using and safeguarding information. This includes all of our donors’ personal and gift information.

If you choose to give to BBBS SEPA, we will retain your name, address, e-mail and pledge information within our data systems.
BBBS SEPA will not rent, trade, sell or share any information about its donors. Donors will be recognized publicly for their contributions only with their permission, or as required by financial reporting obligations and/or government filing mandates.
Voluntary Participation
Your relationship with BBBS SEPA is voluntary and confidential. We use your information to send you acknowledgement of your gift and information that you may find of interest about BBBS SEPA. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may notify us at any time by contacting us by phone or mail.
Our Commitment to Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place procedures to safeguard and secure the information that we collect. Firewalls prevent outside parties from accessing our database and internal BBBS SEPA access to the database is restricted to authorized individuals.
